Jaya, in her career spanning over more than five years, has worked on a wide range of subjects including Constitutional law, Service and Labour laws, Criminal Laws, Tax laws, Commercial and Arbitration laws. She pursued her LLM in corporate laws. She has been concerned with high stake disputes before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, National Commissions, Tribunals and Regulatory bodies. She represents Client in mediations, arbitrations, and matters concerning goods and services, recoveries, properties, tenancy, family and contracts. She has also dealt with matters involving allegations of corruption, rape, fraud and forgeries. She has also advised clients extensively on safe workplace environment and is assisting them in transitioning their workspace to be compliant with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
