Udayan Mukerji – Retired Indian Police Service officer with over 30 years of distinguished service in homeland security, internal security, communications security, and investigations. He has extensive experience handling legal counseling and litigation in criminal law, economic offences (PMLA, Banking, FEMA, PC Act), family law, immigration/emigration matters, security, and torts. Recipient of the Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service and the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service,

he is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA), Saket Bar Association (SBA), Bar Association of India (Patron Member), Indian Council of Arbitration (Life Member), and International Bar Association (IBA). He combines law enforcement expertise with legal insight to advise clients on complex criminal and security-related matters.
