Custody under Section 167 of Cr.PC,1973 includes custody of other Investigating Agencies and not just Police.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court held that the word ‘Custody’ under Section 167 Cr.P.C, 1973 includes not only a Police custody but also that of other Investigating Agencies.
